Can we say VERY distracting to night drivers??? Or better yet, BECAUSE it's very distracting, can we say a serious ROAD HAZARD???
They already have stuff like this for KIDS' bikes!!! My DAUGHTER had some little LIGHT UP BUTTERFLIES that attached to the spokes and glowed brightly in the dark! But she really didn't need them because what responsible parent lets their child ride bikes or play outside AFTER DARK?
All this is going to do is cause people to be distracted by the colors/patterns of lights on the tires. It's going to cause more wrecks than help...
