Polar Bear Ice Cube Molds
Chill your drink while also reminding yourself that global warming is killing off polar bears as these arctic ice cube molds melts away. The molds are easy to make, just add water, freeze them, then watch them melt to nothing – just like their real life counter parts!

uhm, this is kinda counter intuitive, selling itself as a 'green' product, with a 'save the arctic, polar bears, ice caps, etc.' message.
it's made of plastic, right, so production methods for this is in itself destroying the thing it purports to save.
maybe you could think of a way of making this, which is very cute btw, in a different material.
just a thought.
I have one which turn ice into lego where i bought it at lego land malaysia. Kinda awesome.
Making something out of plastic kills polar bears, Lu?
@ Jason, yes it exactly does in fact, indirectly. plastic production is harmful to the ozone layer, which in turn is melting the ice caps, melting the ice caps is destroying the habitat of the polar bears, which in turn is destroying the polar bear, simple really, when you think it through. every action has a consequence.
Given there is more empathy going toward polar bears, this is the wrong time of the season to be marketing such an item, considering virtually the entire Arctic is now solidly locked up in ice.
I hate the o zone so I bought 10. 9 of them I'm going to throw away.
I thought this was neat, until I read the section on the global warming hoax. btw, making plastic has never killed a single polar bear or anything else. It HAS however saved millions of HUMAN lives. Think of all the devices made from plastic in the medical field? Syringes, IV bags, pumps, artificial hearts, etc, etc...I'm tempted to buy a bunch and throw them away as well, so they can be recycled into something that will actually save lives.
