S-House by KO+KO architects

The S-HOUSE close by Kyiv, Kozin, Ukraine deseigned by KO+KO architects will be a holiday home for a young couple and their two children.  Located on a long, narrow area, 35 meters wide and 65 meters in length, on a hill, facing east, with a fantastic panorama of the river Dniester. The house consists of  a wooden frame in an S-shaped form.

Kitchen, an extra bedroom dining room and a large living room with magnificent views of the Dnieper on ground level. The large glass Facade lets the sunshine in during the morning. Two bedrooms, batroom, an ofcice and a playing room on the first floor we’d say plenty of space.
