The Ring Alarm Clock

with 5 comments
It's hard not to like anything that can help couples to rise at different times of the morning without one having to endure the cacophony of the other's alarm. Designer Meng Fandi has attempted to tackle that prickly domestic issue with his conceptual Ring Alarm, which combines two vibrating rings and a computerized charging base to provide a personalized, and noiseless, alarm system.
The Ring Alarm's charging base is used to program each ring to vibrate at a certain time, and the rings, which fit around the tip of the finger, are designed with partially elastic bands to fit just about any sized finger. Meng Fandi has targeted his design at couples and the deaf, which, as anyone who's been married can attest, are often one in the same.
