Hi... I've tryed to make one of these sugesttions, but it didn't work. how is this possible? How can I get the same effect?
Make sure your aperture is wide open (set to 1.8f, on a canon 50mm 1.8.) and focus on something about 10 feet infront of the lights.
Its called Bokeh.
